Our manufacturing unit has quality control unit that has all equipments to test machineries and raw materials before being used for the manufacturing processes. Quality control is maintained since the first step of production process that is the procurement of the raw materials. These raw materials are tested in the labs for their performance and then forwarded for production process.
The machineries and equipment used in the production are also regularly oiled and inspected by engineers. Once the end product is ready, they are again subject to a stringent quality testing. Only when the products are minutely tested, they are ready for dispatch. |
